Golf transfer fee included. The golf and social membership fee is $535 plus tax, paid by the guest.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

B. Cancellation and Refund Policy.

I. Tenants who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in-date shall receive a 100% refund of all monies paid to DSVH.

II. Tenants who cancel their reservation between 30 and 60 days prior to the check-in-date, shall receive a 50% refund of all monies paid to DSVH.

III. Tenants who cancel their reservation in less than 30 days prior to the check-in-date shall not receive a refund and shall forfeit all monies paid to DSVH

IV. All HOA fees paid by Tenant are nonrefundable regardless of when the Tenant cancels the reservation.

V. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.

THIS CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND WILL APPLY TO THE SET CHECK-IN-DATE REGARDLESS OF THE DATE OF BOOKING. IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY CANCELLATION, THE POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT AND THE HEREINABOVE STATED TIME FRAMES WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY EVEN IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATIONS DUE TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS STATED ABOVE DUE TO EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF DSVH.

C. Cancellation Fee. In the event Tenant cancels their reservation, Tenant shall be charged a cancellation fee of $275.00 payable to DSVH. All refunds applied to accredit card will be less the credit card (stripe fee) fee of 3%.

Deposit Policy

We will collect 50% deposit for all reservations from total amount including fees, taxes and deposits. Remaining balance 60 days before arrival.
For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival total amount due immediately.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

This location is excellent within close proximity of clubhouse, pools and all River Stand amenities. It’s very peaceful and spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a very spacious coach home. It would sleep 6 comfortably. There are neighbors above you, but we hardly heard them. Janet was very quick to respond to any concerns we had. It was spotless when we arrived. The king bed was really comfortable and the owner’s bed very spacious. There are two large walk in closets, so lots of room for clothing. The only drawback was the regular cleaner was out, so it was missing basics like we usually have such as dishwashing and laundry detergent, TP, and glass cleaner. Other than that minor inconvenience everything was great!

The location is superb with about a 2 minute walk to the satellite pool, a 6 minute walk to the main resort pool, clubhouse and gorgeous 9 clay tennis courts. Pickleball (8 courts within the community)is 1 mile exactly. There are sidewalks and safe for biking roads all over the community to get there quickly. I rode my bike to Pickleball every day, but there are 3 bikes at the home (1 female, 1 male and 1 youth) and helmets for your use. There is also a grill in the garage with propane tanks. Costco is right outside the main gates and there is also a Publix and Walmart just a few minutes drive. The golf courses there (three 9 hole courses) are stunning! This home is golf deeded, so you can get a temporary golf membership for a reasonable price. I saved the best part for last…the lovely screened lanai that looks over a peaceful lagoon with tons of water fowl. So relaxing for breakfast in the morning to watch the sunrise. We spent lots of time enjoying the view and quiet. I highly recommend this coach home!
