Granite kitchen filled with working appliances to make sure you have everything you need to make yourself at home! Washer & dryer provided. 2 dining rooms, with one in the kitchen. Comfortable sectional couch and bar countertop with bar stools. Flat screen, smart, frontier Tv's in living room. Caged pool (can be heated at extra charge). Pool with handle for safe entry and pool chairs and table for best relaxation and lounging! Near restaurants, shopping, golf and more! Policies

Cancellation Policy

B. Cancellation and Refund Policy.

I. Tenants who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in-date shall receive a 100% refund of all monies paid to DSVH.

II. Tenants who cancel their reservation between 30 and 60 days prior to the check-in-date, shall receive a 50% refund of all monies paid to DSVH.

III. Tenants who cancel their reservation in less than 30 days prior to the check-in-date shall not receive a refund and shall forfeit all monies paid to DSVH

IV. All HOA fees paid by Tenant are nonrefundable regardless of when the Tenant cancels the reservation.

V. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.

THIS CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND WILL APPLY TO THE SET CHECK-IN-DATE REGARDLESS OF THE DATE OF BOOKING. IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY CANCELLATION, THE POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT AND THE HEREINABOVE STATED TIME FRAMES WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY EVEN IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATIONS DUE TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS STATED ABOVE DUE TO EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF DSVH.

C. Cancellation Fee. In the event Tenant cancels their reservation, Tenant shall be charged a cancellation fee of $275.00 payable to DSVH. All refunds applied to accredit card will be less the credit card (stripe fee) fee of 3%.

Deposit Policy

We will collect 50% deposit for all reservations from total amount including fees, taxes and deposits. Remaining balance 60 days before arrival.
For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival total amount due immediately.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

This home was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The heated pool was wonderful. We are already thinking of booking this home again next year.

Great home in a nice, very safe and quiet neighborhood. Location is awesome, many grocery stores and gas stations near by. Siesta key, Anna Maria and airport are each about 15 miles away and easy access to interstate as well. Nice outdoor space with pool and stunning views overlooking the pond. Highly recommend!!!

We are locals and stayed for 2 months while we were waiting to close on a house. The pictures didn’t do this place justice. Extremely comfortable and felt like home. Had everything we needed.

Nice house in a very safe neighborhood. Located close to grocery, drug stores, and many restaurants. Everything you could need was just a short drive away. The pool was very nice. Paid extra to have the pool heated and were able to enjoy it every day despite cool outside temps. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Property managers were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions or issues.
