Cancellation Policy

B. Cancellation and Refund Policy.

I. Tenants who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in-date shall receive a 100% refund of all monies paid to DSVH.

II. Tenants who cancel their reservation between 30 and 60 days prior to the check-in-date, shall receive a 50% refund of all monies paid to DSVH.

III. Tenants who cancel their reservation in less than 30 days prior to the check-in-date shall not receive a refund and shall forfeit all monies paid to DSVH

IV. All HOA fees paid by Tenant are nonrefundable regardless of when the Tenant cancels the reservation.

V. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.

THIS CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND WILL APPLY TO THE SET CHECK-IN-DATE REGARDLESS OF THE DATE OF BOOKING. IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY CANCELLATION, THE POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT AND THE HEREINABOVE STATED TIME FRAMES WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY EVEN IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATIONS DUE TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS STATED ABOVE DUE TO EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF DSVH.

C. Cancellation Fee. In the event Tenant cancels their reservation, Tenant shall be charged a cancellation fee of $275.00 payable to DSVH. All refunds applied to accredit card will be less the credit card (stripe fee) fee of 3%.

Deposit Policy

We will collect 50% deposit for all reservations from total amount including fees, taxes and deposits. Remaining balance 60 days before arrival.
For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival total amount due immediately.
